Hardening treatment: The hardness and strength of aluminum alloys are enhanced through heat treatment and other methods. This helps to improve the durability and vibration resistance of the hull.

Assembly and Riveting: Aluminum hulls are usually assembled by riveting or bolting. Riveting is a common connection method that ensures tight and durable connections.

Watertightness test: After the hull is assembled, a watertightness test is performed to ensure the hull is sealed. This usually includes a trial run in the water to detect potential leaks.

Painting and Decorating: Aluminum alloy boats are painted and decorated to improve appearance and corrosion resistance. Antifouling coatings can also reduce the adhesion of dirt and algae.

Quality control: Quality control of different parts like aluminum boat flooring material is implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that each step meets the design and manufacturing standards.
