The strength of 5086 aluminum sheet is higher than that of 5052 aluminum alloy, but the strength is slightly lower than that of 5083 aluminum alloy. We all know that 5086, 5083 and 5052 aluminum alloys are recognized as marine grade aluminum. 5086 aluminum sheet is resistant to strong corrosion in seawater, industrial atmosphere, petrochemical and other media. The 6061 aluminum plate belongs to the 6xxx aluminum alloy and the main alloying elements are magnesium and silicon. 6061 aluminum checker plate is a kind of checkered aluminum plate with high hardness. In the T6 state, the hardness is around 95HB. It is often used for the ship deck. The bending performance is not good and it is easy to crack when bent, so users must pay attention to whether there is any bending in the processing process.

6061 alu profiles are better than 6063 in terms of strength and machinability, and they also have good oxidation resistance. But in terms of plasticity, 6063 aluminum profile is better, it can make the material achieve higher precision; 6063 has higher tensile strength and yield strength, showing better fracture toughness.
