6005 alloy has a relatively high tensile strength and is very suitable for profiles for photovoltaic module frames. 6005A is suitable for high-strength, complex-section rail aluminum, such as aluminum for modern transportation vehicles such as high-speed trains, subways, and light rails.
6106 aluminum alloy profiles are widely used in corrosion-resistant pipes, wires, bars, etc. In addition to the above grades, 6463 and 6060 can also be used as industrial aluminum profiles. The 6 series are aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloys with good plasticity, which are very suitable for extrusion production.
In addition to 6 series aluminum alloy profiles, 7 series also has extruded profiles. The strength of 7 series is higher than that of 6 series, but its plasticity is not as good as that of 6 series, so it is more difficult to produce and more expensive. 7 series aluminum profiles are mainly used in the aerospace field, also known as aviation aluminum profiles.
